To Our Valued Patients,
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Bodies in Motion Physical Therapy has prioritized the health, safety, and well-being of our patients and employees, while also providing the excellence in rehabilitative care that our community has come to expect from our organization. As the pandemic evolves, we will continue to follow the health and safety recommendations from the
Centers for Disease Control
and the
Virginia Department of Health.
Effective April 24, 2023, masking is optional for patients, visitors, and employees at Bodies in Motion Physical Therapy
with some exceptions. If you would prefer that your provider wears a mask during your appointment, please don't hesitate to ask. Your comfort during your treatment is very important to us. Masks will be provided to those who would like to wear one.
Bodies in Motion Physical Therapy is asking patients to reschedule their physical therapy appointments with our clinics if the following circumstances apply:
In addition to our normal protocols to maintain a safe and healthy treatment environment, we have educated our employees on appropriate sanitization methods for our clinic equipment between each patient, increased the frequency and consistency of surface cleaning in the clinics, waiting rooms, and front desk areas, strongly encouraged proper hand hygiene among our employees, and instructed any employee to stay home when they are sick or showing symptoms of an illness.
We encourage our patients that do come into the office to use our hand sanitizer provided at the front desk and throughout the clinic, or to wash their hands in the public restrooms.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your appointment, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your understanding and your assistance in keeping our clinics as safe as possible.
Sincerely,
Bodies in Motion Physical Therapy
