Sam became the Clinic Director at the Bodies in Motion PT Fairfax Clinic in March of 2013.

Prior to joining the team at Bodies in Motion PT, Sam worked for four years at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, D.C. While there, he treated a wide variety of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, amputee and geriatric patient populations in an outpatient and aquatic setting.

From this experience, he developed a practice philosophy which emphasizes a holistic approach to treatment incorporating manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular re-education, pain science,  and therapeutic exercise to restore proper body mechanics to meet functional goals.

Sam is a strong believer in continuing education.  He has an advanced certification in dry needling which he finds to be a valuable and effective treatment for soft tissue dysfunction.
