Nelson opened the Reston Bodies in Motion Physical Therapy clinic in 2006 where he still serves as director and as a full-time clinician.  With the knowledge and understanding that the body gets better through movement, he uses his advanced training to help patients improve their ability to move and start their path toward healing.  His passion is treating patients every day.

 

He is Special Course Faculty and director of the dry needling courses for Aspire OMT, teaching various health care professionals the science and safe application of dry needling to complement manual therapy.  He has been teaching dry needling since 2009.  He also consults various professional sports teams in the NFL, the NBA, and MLS.
