Liz has experience in orthopedic clinics treating a variety of physical therapy conditions. She especially enjoys educating patients on chronic pain and helping them regain their function. She believes in addressing the many aspects of a patient's life in order to develop individualized treatment approaches and get her patients back to the activities that are important to them. Liz is currently in the process of obtaining her dry needling certification to improve her patient’s care. 

Liz considers herself a Northern Virginia native but has moved around a lot throughout her life. In her free time, Liz enjoys spending time with her friends and family, exploring local coffee shops or bakeries, and working on various sewing projects. She also loves to travel and has lived in multiple countries abroad.
