Diana Abdalla

Diana Abdalla completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at John Carroll University (’07) and her Masters degree in Biomedical Ethics at Case Western Reserve University (’08) before completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Drexel University in 2011. Prior to working at Bodies in Motion Physical Therapy, Diana was managing an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Alexandria, VA.

Diana’s treatment approach is always to address the root of the problem while also addressing the global contributing factors to her patients’ conditions. Diana’s clinical background has an emphasis on treating primarily outpatient orthopedics, however, her caseload also includes patients recovering from neurological injuries such as stroke and traumatic brain injury, as well as patients recovering from amputations. She also treats pediatric patients with torticollis and developmental delays.

Diana is a strong advocate for continuing education and research-based interventions to provide the most up-to-date and best care to her patients. She is certified in dry needling and is currently pursuing her certification to become an orthopedic clinical specialist.

Outside of the clinical environment, Diana enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cheering on her Cleveland Cavaliers, and photography.
