She received a college basketball scholarship from Pace University, where her team made it to the NCAA tournament three out of four years, with one appearance at the Sweet 16. In her spare time, Maral enjoys working out, playing basketball, hiking, listening to music, and taking trips back to Queens, NY where she was born and raised.
