Even though your insurance may not be shown on the list to the right, you may call the office to see if we accept it.
Insurance is complicated and Bodies in Motion is here to help!
Your best tool is to be familiar with your health insurance benefits but if you need assistance in navigating your insurance, please contact our office and we will be happy to check your benefits for you.
We do treat patients with Out-of-Network Benefits.
Check with your insurance company for your deductible and co-insurance responsibilities. Your particular insurance benefits can usually be determined in advance of your appointment by contacting your insurance company’s benefits office. Most patients have an Out of Network co-insurance of less than $50.00/visit.
How do you find out what your insurance company should pay towards your physical therapy?
- Call your insurance company with your insurance card in hand, numbers are on the card.
- Ask about deductibles and co-insurance payments.
Bodies in Motion will make every effort to verify your coverage prior to your appointment, yet we cannot guarantee coverage of services by your insurance company. Should coverage not be available or is not paid at the level you are told by your insurance company, patients will ultimately be responsible for their bills.
Self-Pay Patients: We do have set fees for patients who do not have insurance coverage, or who elect not to use their insurance coverage.
We are a participating provider with most major insurance companies, including:
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield
- Anthem PPO
- Aetna / Optum
- Multiplan/ PHCS Networks
- Cigna/Great West Health Plan
- Coventry/Southern Health
- Workman’s Comp
- Auto Accidents — we will file your insurance
