Meet Eric Blackstone
Eric received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University in 2013. He then continued his education at Marymount University where he received hisDoctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016. Since graduating, he has focused on orthopedic care and greatly enjoys working with sports medicine and post-surgical cases. He also likes working with athletes, pediatric patients, and geriatric patients.
Eric has a background in weightlifting and sport biomechanics through previous clinical affiliations. He is a Certified Integrative Dry Needling (CIDN) physical therapist and will continue to pursue his Functional Dry Needling (FDN) certification. Eric’s professional goals include becoming a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT).
Outside of work, Eric enjoys socializing with friends, outdoor activities, traveling, sports, and reading.
