Meet Christine Chappell
Christine received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami. She began her career as a physical therapist in Chicago, IL working in a general outpatient clinic. It is there that she developed a strong interest in treating the spine, especially the lumbo-pelvic region and subsequent work with pregnant and post partum back pain. Her experience with women’s health grew into a passion for treating the pelvic floor and has been the focus of her coursework over the past several years, allowing her to expand the scope of her practice to men and women with pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction and incontinence.
She is a manual therapist who maintains a focus on exercise as a means of restoring independence and self-management for her patients. Her greatest satisfaction comes from facilitating pain free return to the activities that are essential to each patient.
In her spare time, Christine enjoys spending time with her husband and three small children who keep her active with their youth sports and otherwise busy schedules. She is an avid runner, loves to read and travel when she can.
